What is AI?
AI stands for Artificial Intelligence. In plain terms it is software that can understand what you type and respond in a helpful, human-like way. Think of it like a very smart assistant you can have a conversation with.
Tools like Claude and ChatGPT are AI chat tools. You type a question or a task, and they respond with answers, ideas, plans, lists or whatever you need. They are free to use and work on your phone or computer.
What is a prompt?
A prompt is a set of instructions you give to an AI tool. The better your instructions, the better the result you get back.
Writing a good prompt takes time and a lot of trial and error. That is exactly what BusyMumAI does for you. I test and refine the prompts so you do not have to. You just copy, paste and go.
Do I need to pay for an AI platform?
No. All of the BusyMumAI prompts are designed to work on the free versions of Claude and ChatGPT. You do not need to pay for anything.
You can create a free account at claude.ai or chatgpt.com and start using the prompts straight away. No credit card required.
Can I use these prompts on ChatGPT?
Yes. The prompts work on both Claude and ChatGPT. I personally use and recommend Claude as it tends to give better results with the BusyMumAI prompts, but ChatGPT works too.
If you already have a ChatGPT account go ahead and use it. If you are starting fresh I would suggest trying Claude first.
How do I use a prompt?
It is three steps:
- Copy the prompt using the button on the page
- Go to claude.ai or chatgpt.com and open a new chat
- Paste the prompt into the chat box and hit send
The AI will take it from there. It will ask you a few questions and then build whatever the prompt is designed to create.
I cannot get the prompt to work. What do I do?
A few things to try:
- Make sure you copied the whole prompt and nothing got cut off
- Start a brand new chat rather than continuing an existing one
- If you are using Claude, check that Artifacts is turned on in your settings. This enables the interactive HTML outputs. You only need to do this once.
- Try refreshing the page and copying again

What is Artifacts and why do I need it turned on?
Artifacts is a feature in Claude that allows it to create interactive elements like shopping lists, meal plans and other visual outputs as a separate panel alongside your chat.
Without it turned on the output still works but it appears as plain text rather than the interactive version. To turn it on, click the settings icon in Claude and toggle Artifacts on. Claude remembers this setting so you only need to do it once.
When will new prompts come out?
New prompts drop regularly across categories including mental load, style and wardrobe, productivity and parenting. I test everything myself before it goes live so it takes a little time to get each one right.
The best way to know when a new one drops is to sign up with your email. I will send it straight to your inbox so you do not have to keep checking back.
Are the prompts really free?
Yes, completely free. All current prompts in the BusyMumAI library are free to access. I ask for your email so I can send you new prompts when they drop. That is it.
I may introduce paid products in the future but the free prompt library will always exist.
