BusyMumAI is a free AI prompt library for mums, created and run by Jess. We are based in Australia and operate at busymumai.com.

What information we collect
When you sign up to access a free prompt we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- The date and time you subscribed
We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data or any information beyond what is listed above.
How we collect it
Your information is collected through a form powered by Tally (tally.so). Tally has its own privacy policy which covers how they store and handle form submissions. You can view it at tally.so/privacy.
By submitting the form you agree to Tally's privacy policy as well as this one.
What we use it for
We use your name and email to:
- Send you your free prompt via email
- Notify you when new free prompts are released
- Send occasional updates about BusyMumAI
We will never use your email for anything other than the above. We do not send spam.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties. If this ever changes we will update this policy and notify subscribers by email before any change takes effect.
We use the following tools to operate BusyMumAI, each of which may process your data as part of providing their service:
- Tally — form collection
- Netlify — website hosting
- Gmail — email delivery
Each of these services has their own privacy policy and handles data securely.
How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed to BusyMumAI. If you unsubscribe we will take reasonable steps to remove your data in a timely manner upon request.

- Request we correct any inaccurate information
- Request we delete your information
